It's not par, but soon as your system updates it will be much better.
Make sure you install the latest version of Jaws to get the benefits of the changes.

I have jaws 17. did they come up with an 18?

You'll want the latest update for 17.
18 beta will be coming soon, but that isn't what I mean.
Just check for updates in your Jaws and you'll have it if you need it.
